We present a design for superconducting nanowire binary shift register, which stores digital states in the form of circulating supercurrents high-kinetic-inductance loops. Adjacent loops are connected with nanocryotrons, three terminal electrothermal switches, and fed an alternating two-phase clock to synchronously transfer state between A two-loop serial-input register was fabricated thin-film NbN achieved bit error rate less than $10^{-4}$, operating at maximum frequency $83\,\mathrm{MHz}$ out-of-plane magnetic field up $6\,\mathrm{mT}$. based on this technology offers integrated solution low-power readout single photon detector arrays, is capable interfacing directly room-temperature electronics unshielded high environments.
